PAF Civilian Recruitment is open for Nursing Sisters – Females (AFNS-L) (BPS-14), Upper Division Clerk UDC (BPS-13), Medical Assistants (BPS-09), Male Nurses (BPS-07), Laboratory Attendants (BPS-05), Drivers (BPS-04), Fire Fighters (BPS-03), and Cook (BPS-03).

Eligibility Requirements for PAF Careers
Males/females (Married/Unmarried) across the country (not married to foreign nationals) may apply if they have the required qualifications and age requirements.
Nursing Sisters:
- Qualified Nurses (A Division)
- Only Females Registered with PNSC
- Age Range: 21 to 45 Years
Upper Division Clerk:
- Intermediate with 20 WPM Typing Speed
- Proficiency in Computer Uses
- Age Limited: 18 to 25 Years
Medical Assistant:
- Matriculation with Male Nursing or Paramedical Sub-Trade Diploma
- Age Range: 18 to 25 Years
Male Nurse:
- Matriculation with Nursing Certificate from Pakistan Nursing Council
- Age Range: 18 to 25 Years
Civilian Driver:
- Proficiency in Writing/Reading English/Local Languages
- HTV Driving License with Two Years of Experience
- Driving Test Mandatory
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Laboratory Attendant:
- Matriculation
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years
Cook/Fire Fighter:
- Skilled in the Same Field
- Age Range: 18 to 30 Years
Candidates, after Online Registration, will be called for Tests/Interviews. For the post of Khateeb, applicants have to Pass the Intelligence Test, and Moazzan has to pass the Initial Interview.
Air Headquarters Selection Board will conduct the Final Interviews. After the final selection, candidates have to pass the Medical Test. A general age relaxation of five years will be granted in the maximum age limit.
Candidates working in Government Departments are also eligible. Government Servants, Retired Persons, and Residents of Balochistan, AJK, Sindh Rural, and Tribal Areas will be granted additional age relaxation as per Government Rules. Selected individuals can be appointed anywhere in Pakistan.

- The PAF portal www.joinpaf.gov.pk is open for Online Registration.
- So, open the official PAF Online Portal to register yourself.
- Online Registration will start on 18 March 2024.
- The deadline for the Online Registration is March 24, 2024.
