Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Should be a member of a recognized professional accounting body and possess at least 15 years of relevant experience out of which 5 years should be leadership experience within organizations having assets worth more than Rs. 5 billion. Strong communication skills to head finance, investment, and treasury operations. Upper age limit for application 62 years.
Company Secretary: The applicant must be an associate member of a recognized professional accounting or corporate/chartered secretaries body or hold a postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from a university recognized by the HEC. A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience and good communication skills in writing and speaking are required. The upper age limit for the position is 62 years.
