Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Jobs 2025:
The educational qualifications necessary for these roles are as follows: For Additional Director (Administration), a postgraduate degree shall be required and one must have graduated from an institution recognized by the HEC having 14 years of education. The offices of Additional Directors Consumer Protection, National Regulations, Economics Oversight and Finance shall require 16 years of relevant education in Laws, Finance, Economics, or Aviation Management, the latter also required to be the product of an HEC-recognized institution.
The candidates should have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields, such as administration, finance, consumer protection, or regulations. A preference will be given to persons having experience in the aviation industry or familiarity with ICAO regulations, the National Aviation Policy, and PCAA rules.
Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent presentation skills, is required. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and an excellent level of interpersonal skills are essential. The knowledge requirements are those of air transport policies, accounting standards, and financial forecasting for each of the posts.
Applicants should not exceed 57 years of age, with all applicable age relaxations, and the minimum monthly starting salary is Rs 479370.
