Program Aims & Benefits
The SSGC Emerging Leadership Program is organized to provide the necessary skills, knowledge, and experiences for selected trainees to excel in their careers.
In this program, the trainees will work with highly educated and experienced professionals. This program desires to produce talented individuals who have the potential to become future leaders in the Energy Sector.
Who can Participate?
This program offers learning opportunities to young, intelligent, and talented graduates. Candidates from all over the nation may participate by passing the NTS Test. Women are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years
- Qualifications: MBA (from HEC-recognized universities)/ACCA Members
- Passing Year: Graduates of 2021 & onwards
- CGPA/Percentage: Minimum 3 CGPA or 75% Marks
- Note: Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
SSGC Internship Program Period & Areas
Emerging Leadership Program is a two-year Training Program. The selected graduates will receive on-the-job training and relevant frontage under the supervision of experts and seasoned mentors. Training opportunities are opening in the following disciplines;

- Finance and Accounts
Registration and Selection Procedure
National Testing Services NTS will make this recruitment of Trainees. So, applicants must download the Trainee Registration Form from the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk).
Duly filled Application Forms and NTS original copy of the paid deposit slip should be forwarded to NTS Head Office, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, H-8/1, Islamabad. Applications must received by the NTS Head Office before December 18, 2023.
A 60% score is required to pass the NTS Test, however, the selection of trainees for panel interviews will be based on merit, considering the number of vacant seats in specific fields. A good score isn’t guaranteed for selection. Recommendation of the interview panel and overall merit/score is required for selection.
